First, kick off the weekend with us at our community wide screening of the powerful documentary, Soul Food Junkies,  Friday – April 12, 2013 at 6:30pm in the MPCM Cafe.  Admission is free.  A voluntary donation is requested to defer the cost of public screening rights for this film. Then, get informed and join us for our JUICING 101 workshop on Saturday, April 13 at 10am in the MPCM Cafe. Learn the what, why and how of juicing vegetables and fruit and meet facilitators who have lost a combined +200 lbs. by juicing the right way.
