Bok Choy, also known as Chinese cabbage, is high in Vitamin A, C, K and is very low in calories (9 calories per cup) and contains no fat. Combined with carrots, beets and an apple, this juice will help your skin ‘glow’.  Here is a starter recipe. Enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 2   Heads of Bok Choy
  • 2 – 3   Carrots
  • 1        Medium-sized Beet
  • 2 – 3   Stalks organic celery
  • 1        Apple
  • 1        Lemon

Instructions:

  • Clean all ingredients.
  • Core apple.
  • Remove knob from Bok Choy
  • Juice ingredients.
  • Enjoy.
