Bok Choy Skin Glow
Bok Choy, also known as Chinese cabbage, is high in Vitamin A, C, K and is very low in calories (9 calories per cup) and contains no fat. Combined with carrots, beets and an apple, this juice will help your skin ‘glow’. Here is a starter recipe. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 1 – 2 Heads of Bok Choy
- 2 – 3 Carrots
- 1 Medium-sized Beet
- 2 – 3 Stalks organic celery
- 1 Apple
- 1 Lemon
Instructions:
- Clean all ingredients.
- Core apple.
- Remove knob from Bok Choy
- Juice ingredients.
- Enjoy.
