Basic Vegetarian Protein Smoothie


I enjoy this basic protein drink sometimes for breakfast or 30 minutes after a working out. It’s quick and simple. Enjoy!

1 C.                      Homemade Almond or Walnut Milk
1 Heaping Tbs.    Chocolate Brown Rice Protein Powder
1 whole                Banana (peeled)


  1. Put ingredients in blender
  2. Blend
  3. Pour
  4. Enjoy!
