Parsley Cucumber Juice

This is a refreshing juice based on cucumbers. Although thought to be mostly water, cucumbers have a host of essential vitamins and minerals. Cucumbers are classified as fruit and are very high in vitamins B6 and C, manganese, magnesium, and potassium.

Cucumbers are often used in facials, but they are even better for your skin when they are juiced and drank with a smile.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1        Cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 C.   Parsley
  • 2        Celery stalks
  • 1        Apple (Fuji)
  • 1/2     Lemon (peeled)

Instructions

  •   Wash all ingredients
  •   Peel cucumber
  •   Juice.
  •   Enjoy.

  • Using organic produce wherever possible.
  • Peeling the cucumber.
  • Forking the lemon into the juice container first, then juicing remaining ingredients.
  • Adding 1/2″ – 1″ of ginger to the recipe.
